Cannibal Corpse Worm Infested.

This was an LP I have wanted for awhile I looked pretty regularly in local shops and online.
It is a Asian only release was never sold else where is a 6 song album that they do  a few cool covers.
“Demon’s Night” (Accept cover) Gallery of Suicide sessions 4:16
“Confessions” (Possessed cover) Bloodthirst sessions 2:56
“No Remorse” (Metallica cover) Gore Obsessed sessions 6:15
That is just the covers they do on this EP. There are 3 other songs from different album sessions they recorded.
Got the Red vinyl 200 pressing.
There were 2 other colors Black 200 Pressing
& Black w/Red Splatter 100 Pressing  totaling 500 worldwide.
While I have heard their No Remorse cover before I thought it was a cool cover to do Death Metal style.
It’s a pretty vile album cover but that is what Cannibal do best gore music gore art.
Has now become one of my rare LP’s in my collection.
Was a huge score for me every time I looked to find this LP it was located either in Russia, China or Japan.
And was usually the standard Black vinyl version . I would of loved to get my hands on the Black w/Red splatter version but it wasn’t in the stars.  Was awesome enough that it was the Red version and not only in the states but in Florida the state in which I reside.
Very cool.
If it wasn’t for Discogs and the sellers I have met there.  I would of probably missed this great deal.
Word from he vinyl community is Asian pressings are the best quality pressings. Due to this being my 1st and only Asian pressing I’ll have to take their word for it.

I’ve watched some youtube vids of different collectors & they have done all the different showings so figured since I don’t have a big fan base or  even a small one I won’t go to deep into my growing LP collection.

Maybe one day or year.

One thing you can say about Cannibal Corpse is they have stayed true to their form.
As of June 2020 they have 14 albums out that doesn’t include the live releases.
And as of January 2020 they have announced that they are working on their 15th album. Follow up from 2017 release Red Before Black.

I always have loved their 1st album Eaten Back to Life was released back in 1990 during Tampa Bays rise as the Death Metal Capital! Why this is important to me? Well I live in the Tampabay area.
And I did lose touch with Death Metal well all metal for that matter.

I have close to all their albums on LP I’m short 3 Butchered at Birth, The Bleeding, Gallery Of Suicide.

Regardless I really just wanted to say I love the their 1999 release Bloodthrist to me this is their best album. Even better than Eaten Back To Life.
These get hard to pay for “costly” and could only get a hold of the 25th Anniversary edition LP.
Usually picture discs don’t have great sound quality but for whatever reason the 25th Anniversary edition picture discs sound great. I only have 3 anniversary picture discs Bloodthirst being one of them. I do plan on spending a bit more to get it on standard vinyl eventually.
SO until then I will be playing Bloodthirst loudly until I pound my neighbors to dust!

Nice hit up Krautrock on Discogs and got a nice limited version of Gallery Of Suicide.
Limited to 500 so now down 2 Cannibal albums.
